A law against ‘Entartete Kunst’ (political incorrect art) was introduced in Nazi Germany in 1937 and was fully coordinated with the ‘spare German’ Swedish Government. In Nazi Germany the law lasted to 1945 after 8 years in function, but in Sweden the similar law against “inferior art” lasted twice as long, for 16 years, until 1953.
